Returns are not applicable in our business model as there is no product/service order on offer. Refunds (if applicable) - Once your payment towards beneficiary is returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned payment. We will also notify you of the payment reinitiating or rejection of the payment leading to refund. If you are approved, then your payment will be processed again, and in case you reject a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
